We operate globally and process payment transactions via credit card, mobile, e-wallets, bank transfers and more. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive Accounting Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Role Overview
As an integral member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing account activities, reconciling payment data and providing detailed analyses to management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative prowess, communication skills, and contribute to the continued success of our rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
ο Ongoing accounting in accordance with BWG/UGB-Standards
ο Resolve accounting discrepancies and prepare specific reports as required
ο Research and identify accounting requirements for new products and markets
ο Reconciliation work for various payment methods, implementing efficient processes and controls
Requirements:
ο Completed commercial training
ο At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the payment services industry
ο Understanding of payment services and the associated risks
ο Proficiency with accounting databases (BMD, NTCS preferred)
ο Excellent IT user skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
ο Structured team and performance orientated thinking and acting
ο Excellence written and verbal communication skills in English: other languages such as German are advantageous

We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator to join our team in Vienna. You will be responsible for network administration and ensure that all network systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
ο Administration and support of the network landscape (firewalls, load balancers, VoIP infrastructure, Kubernetes cluster)
ο Error analysis (Wireshark) and rectification of complex network problems
ο Further development of the network infrastructure and ensuring ongoing operation
ο Maintenance of the monitoring system
ο 2nd Level Support
Qualifications:
ο Ideally first relevant professional experience (practice with VoIP, Asterrisk, Kamailio, etc.)
ο Very good knowledge of network technology(TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, SIP, RTP)
ο Good knowledge of Linux (Debian)
ο Knowledge of a scripting programming language is advantageous
ο Basic database knowledge (SQL) (an advantage)
ο Strong communication skills: you actively communicate
ο Proactive and independent way of working
ο You speak German and English well

DaoPay is now searching for an Information Technology Engineer to join our team.
Your Tasks:
ο Overall support of the Microsoft clients and server (AD/file) landscape
ο Responsibility for user maintenance and support for user questions
ο Working with on-prem and cloud systems
ο Independent resolution of incidents and helpdesk tickets in Jira
ο License and asset management
Your Profile:
ο Completed technical training (e.g. apprenticeship, HTL, university, FH, etc.), specialising in network or system technology is an advantage
ο At least 6 months of professional experience as IT support/2nd level support or in a relevant IT area
ο Solid Windows know-how (operation & administration) with PowerShell knowledge preferred
ο Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office product range, Active Directory and Office365

DaoPay is now searching for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. In this role you will be directly connected to the B2C and B2B aspect of the business, taking on queries and requests. We are looking for a team member who meet challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.
Your Tasks:
ο Provide End User support for DaoPay Phone Payments (PaybyCall or SMS where customers pay via phone or mobile) and additional payment solutions
ο Conducting all support levels (1,2 & 3) to end-users via chat, email, post and phone
ο Identify potential issues based upon incoming queries
ο Assist the Fraud Department with transaction monitoring on a daily basis
ο Maintain an open communication with other departments in the office
Your qualifications should include…
ο Study any IT related fields of study
ο Strong communication skills and willing to communicate with internal and external partners
ο Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; German language is highly advantageous, additional languages welcome
